Among our joint projects with other parties, the Video StreetView project with GlobalVision Communication based in Switzerland is one of the most exciting ones as it integrates our Flash-based immersive video player, Google's geometric mapping framework as well as the spherical image capturing system by Point Grey Research, Inc., and is the world's first open and practical implementation of a geographic navigation system leveraging omni-directional motion pictures or immersive videos. On November 5, 2009, the company has officially announced the release of the Video StreetView Web site at http://www.videostreetview.com/ which is the outcome of our joint project.
